Cancellation Policy
Important Information:
By selecting to accept our terms and conditions, booking policy, I acknowledge and verify that I have read this entire page I am authorized to agree to the provisions of the terms and conditions, I am authorized to sign for the referenced credit card, and I do agree to and accept all provisions of this credit card authorization form. I hereby confirm that all information I have provided about this Contract is true, correct, and complete, I agree to process a one-night deposit charge of the contract amount to the credit card provided herein upon signing of this Contract. I certify that I acknowledge that I will not dispute, as long as there is no breach of the agreed terms. we will be providing you and/or your business with hotel accommodation reservation and booking services. We commence work on your behalf immediately upon signing this contract, by negotiating, arranging, and confirming your reservations, any balance, including new amounts due resulting from your changes to your reservation will be charged 30 days prior to the check-in date. whichever occurs first. Failure collection of the balance after the payment deadline date may result in reservations cancellations and cancellations fees will apply, we will spend our best efforts to contact the client prior to the payment deadline date to ensure securing the reservations.
Additional Information:
In the event of a no-show or early checkout then a charge of up to 100% of the entire cost of the booking may be applied Note that some hotels may require cash or credit card deposit as a guarantee. This will be returned on departure minus any deduction incurred during the stay.
Reservation Cancellation and Modification Policy:
You will be emailed confirmation of your reservation (via an invoice and itinerary) within 72 hours of signing this Contract. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of these documents, and for reporting any errors, limited to errors made us in transcribing information provided by you in this contract or in the Hotel Reservation Guest Name List, to us within 24 hours of receipt. If no such errors are reported, the information is deemed complete and accurate. Modifications or cancellations can be requested within the 48-hour period, and we will use our best efforts to accomplish those requests, but we do not guarantee that such modifications or cancellations can be made, or that they can be made at the original contract rate. If any reservation is modified or canceled prior to 30 days before the check-in date, we will receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee or we can issue your full deposit as a credit note and added it under your account for you to use anytime against any future bookings. If cancellation requests aren’t received 30 days before the check-in date, it will result in a 100% non-refundable deposit. If the reservation is canceled after The due balance is collected, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 30 % of your total Contract price. This fee is not a penalty but is liquidated damage to compensate EHB for services performed on your behalf and agreed would be difficult to us reserves the right to waive.
Payment:
The due balance will be collected through us 30 days before your check-in date. You will receive a secure payment link to complete your payment. If the due balance isn’t received at that time, it may result in canceling your entire reservation and losing your deposit. Please make sure to pay your due balance on your due date.
